L1-L2 Technician

Immediate Hiring "L1-L2 Technician" for an IT Service company in Sharjah. 

 Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus. - Proven experience as an L1 - L2 Technician. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. - Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Should be available in UAE to join immediately. 

 Salary: Depends upon experience
